About me

I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with a wealth of experience (over 15 years) of working in the NHS. I offer assessment and evidence-based therapy for both children and adults experiencing a range of mental health difficulties.

I am highly experienced in working with anxiety disorders such as generalised anxiety, phobias, health anxiety, OCD, panic, social anxiety and chronic stress/burnout. I have a specialist interest in trauma and supporting people with the impact of traumatic events. My other passion is supporting children and adults with the emotional and psychological impact of living with a physical health condition.

I can provide a range of evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization & Re-Processing Therapy (EMDR).

I understand the first steps in seeking psychology support for either yourself or your child can feel daunting. Developing a respectful and compassionate relationship is often the key to successful support, and I place great value on creating a supportive and safe space to talk openly.

I am passionate about supporting diverse groups of people. I have knowledge and experience of cultural issues that may impact people from a South Asian Background. I have verbal fluency in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

Please contact me via email to arrange a no obligation brief telephone call to discuss your requirements.
