With more than three decades of combined experience in physiotherapy, acupuncture and holistic healthcare, Stephen Doherty and Rachael Swain are dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore movement and return to the activities that matter to them.

Stephen is an advanced musculoskeletal physiotherapist who has treated thousands of patients. His comprehensive approach may combine physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, osteopathic techniques, biomechanical assessment, strength and conditioning, and other appropriate treatment methods. By looking beyond the immediate symptoms, Stephen aims to identify and address the underlying factors contributing to each patient's condition.

Rachael brings 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and has developed an excellent reputation for delivering knowledgeable, compassionate and patient-centred care. She also offers acupuncture and other complementary treatment techniques as part of an individualised approach to recovery. Rachael is based at our Chatham Dockside clinic.

Our Wigmore clinic includes a private, fully equipped rehabilitation gym, allowing patients to progress from hands-on treatment through to supervised exercise, strengthening and functional rehabilitation. Our Dockside clinic provides a comfortable, private treatment environment in a convenient central location.
