About me

I am an accredited Pschotherapist & counsellor for adults, teenagers and children with experience in successfully treating a wide range of presenting difficulties. I have recently worked to help my clients with anxiety, ADHD, anger, autism, bullying, depression, grief & loss, internet addiction, low self-esteem, personal boundaries, OCD, self-harm, self-worth, social anxiety, trauma, PTSD and relationship difficulties.

I welcome members of the LGBTQIA+ community and am respectful and non-judgemental.

I first started working with a large charity for adults and children with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, and gained a lot of skills treating a wide range of presenting issues. For nearly four years I have been working for Nuffield Health, a major mental health care provider.

I mainly use a cognitive behavioural therapy approach, which has been shown to be clinically effective for a number of mental health problems. I am also skilled in the use of many other approaches including person-centred, compassion focused, rational emotive behavioural, schema, transactional analysis and solution focused brief therapy.

Please reach out, as I offer a free fifteen minute phone consultation to see if we can successfully work together to help you with your problems.
