About me
I'm an osteopath who helps people move better, recover from pain, and stay active in everyday life. My approach combines hands?on treatment with a detailed understanding of real?world movement, allowing me to identify the root cause of a problem rather than just treating symptoms. I work with a wide range of patientsfrom those with active, sporty lifestyles to people with desk?based jobs, busy family lives, or age?related aches and pains.
I completed my Masters in Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy in 2013 and later trained in Applied Functional Science at the Gray Institute in Michigan, USA. This advanced movement?based training enhances the way I assess, treat and rehabilitate patients of all ages and activity levels.
Experience
Alongside my general practice work, I have extensive experience in both amateur and professional sport, particularly within Athletics. I have supported athletes in Football, Rugby and Basketball, and have served as Team Osteopath at major international competitions, including:
2015 IAAF World Youth Championships Cali, Colombia
2017 European Athletics U20 Championships Grosseto, Italy
2019 European Athletics U23 Championships Gavle, Sweden
My years working trackside with elite athletes have given me a strong understanding of running mechanics, sports injuries and performance?related issues. I bring the same level of care, attention and problem?solving to every patientwhether they are training for competition, managing a long?term condition, or simply wanting to move more comfortably in daily life.
