He relocated to Royal Tunbridge Wells after completion of CCT in 2017, where he works as a Consultant Liaison Psychiatrist at Tunbridge Wells Hospital Pembury and served as a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission CQC. His commitment to improving healthcare pathways has led him to spearhead quality improvement initiatives nationally, such as creating innovative approaches for managing frequent attenders and self-harm cases.

Dr. Kasparek is deeply passionate about teaching and has contributed extensively to medical education. He has served as Curriculum Lead for Kent and Medway Partnership Trust's residency program, Undergraduate Medical Student Lead in West Kent, and Educational Supervisor for medical students.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Kasparek specializes in treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder PTSD, psychosis, schizophrenia, medically unexplained symptoms, perinatal psychiatry, and addictions such as gambling. His training includes advanced therapies such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy CBT, metallization-based therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT.
