About me

If you're considering reaching out for support, you are very welcome to get in touch.

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience working within the NHS across a range of mental health settings. I engage in regular clinical supervision, which supports me in reflecting on and continually developing my practice.

I offer both brief and longer-term psychological therapy, and welcome working with whatever difficulties you would like support with. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy.

I value building strong therapeutic relationships and feel continually inspired by the resilience people show in overcoming adversity and making meaningful changes in their lives. I understand that reaching out for support can feel challenging, and I aim to create a safe, trusting space where you feel able to explore your experiences openly. Together, we can use our time to work towards your personal goals and support the changes that matter to you.

Areas of interest

I have experience of working with a wide range of difficulties, and I offer a bespoke, individually tailored treatment plan. I have experience working with depression and low mood, relationship difficulties, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, OCD, eating related difficulties, chronic pain, long-term health conditions, and low self-esteem. Some individuals also seek support for emotional difficulties arising from past/traumatic experiences, life transitions, being a victim of crime or abuse, difficulties at work, difficulties arising from health problems or being involved in an accident or crime.
