About me

Hello, I am an experienced and accredited counsellor with 7 years post qualification clinical experience. I offer one to one work with adults, I work remotely, in person in a therapy room and outdoors.
I offer counselling, and help people heal and feel like themselves again. I also offer Rewind technique for single event trauma or phobias. If you like to be creative, I offer creative ways of working too.
I have a special interest in nature connection and am currently studying an ecotherapy course.
