About me

Starfish Therapeutic Services was launched in Lancaster, Lancashire in April 2016. I am a qualified person centred counsellor. I approach all my work from a person centred perspective. I offer therapeutic services to adults in my self contained therapy room in South Lancaster, Lancashire. I am an accredited member of the BACP working to their ethics and guidelines. The therapeutic training that I have completed and my personal life experiences have equipped me to support and care for a wide cross section of people. I have worked in a variety of roles including family support worker delivering counselling and play therapy to local individuals, schools and families. I am also a mum and loves to go on dog walks, swim and dance!

Anxiety; attachment; bereavement; being a carer; communication; depression; illness; neurodivergence; parent support; relationships.

I only work with adults age 18 and over.
