About me

I am BACP Accredited counsellor and I'm passionate about working with attachment and early trauma. I work with parts of the self, helping clients to get in touch with their younger, more vulnerable and wounded parts and to heal through self-compassion.

Areas of interest

I work with adults and young people aged 16+ and can help with issues including: anxiety; depression; self-esteem; confidence; assertiveness; stress at work; self-care for carers; relationship difficulties; domestic violence and coercive control; divorce; bereavement; attachment; trauma and abuse; infertility, miscarriage and baby loss; pregnancy and birth; parenting; menopause; chronic illness and pain; panic attacks and phobias.
