About me

I am a fully qualified, experienced, and insured counsellor. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy.

I have a strong person-centred base and am warm and compassionate. I will be accepting of whatever you choose to bring to counselling. I am passionate about the work I do and I genuinely care for my clients. I will aim to get to know you very well in the time we have together and build a strong relationship.

As a person-centred counsellor, I am trained to listen in a very special way. If this is your first time in counselling, it is unlikely that you have experienced being actively listened to in quite this way before. I am skilled in picking up on what is not said, which can be more important than what is said.

With the exception of certain limitations, which will be discussed with you, everything shared within the counselling room is completely confidential.

I have experience of working with high profile clients, for example from the world of sport, show business, and politics. I have a clear understanding of the pressures that face this client group and confidentiality is assured.
