About me

Since coming to the UK from NZ in 2000 I have worked in several settings. From the homelessness field in London, working with addiction in the Charitable Sector and for the NHS in the West Midlands, to working within Higher Education as a Mentor Health Mentor and Counsellor.

I'm an Accredited Integrative Counsellor who first qualified 12 years ago. I describe working Integratively as having an interest in and the ability to facilitate the most helpful way of working. Whether this be working on symptom reduction and increasing felt stability, working with one's inner child, making sense of the past, exploring existential concerns or working in a more action-focused way, I hope to meet you where you are now and to collaboratively work out your direction of travel.

Areas of interest

I offer online sessions via Zoom for individual adults over 18;

I work with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, PTSD, low self-esteem, work stress, and burnout;

I also have an interest in working with Neurodivergent people (whether formally diagnosed or not).
