About me

I'm a warm and compassionate integrative counsellor, clinical supervisor, and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). With over 15 years of experience supporting both adults and children, I bring a grounded, empathetic presence to my work, drawing on a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. My background includes supporting people across various life stages and circumstances, always with a deep commitment to meeting each person where they are.

My approach blends person-centred values with a solution-focused mindset, always tailored to meet your unique needs. It's rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience, with a deep understanding of how physical health, trauma, and emotional wellbeing are closely connected. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can feel safe, heard, and respected as we explore whatever challenges you may be facing.

I work with individuals living with disability and chronic illness, as well as those experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, neurodivergence, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or seeking greater clarity, I'm here to support you in building resilience, reconnecting with yourself, and moving forward with greater self-compassion and confidence.
