About me
Hi! Welcome to my page. I am passionate about mental health and want to help people who may be struggling and need some support.
I am specialised in treating OCD with a certificate in advanced skills for treating OCD from the Oxford Therapy Centre. I am very experienced in treating many different types of OCD including sexual orientation, relationship, contamination and many more.
I also support and guidance to people who are anxious around dating and want to effectively navigate communication in romantic relationships. I am a trained Gottman's Lessons in Love Leader.
Does some of this sound like you?
OCD:
- Distressing thoughts that make you question yourself?
- Constantly worried about something bad happening?
- Constantly worried that you might do or say something bad?
- Feeling anxious that something feels 'just not right'?
- Constantly asking people around you whether what you are thinking might be true?
Dating and relationships:
- Constantly thinking about your relationship?
- Constantly asking your partner for reassurance?
- Feeling anxious about dating?
- Thoughts like what if they don't like me? no one will want to date me, why would they? I'm not attractive I'm just not good at dating, other people are much better at it
If any of the above sounds familiar and you need some help and support, please reach out. I look forward to having a chat and seeing how we can work together. I offer a free 20-minute consultation.
In addition to the above, I also treat a variety of mental health difficulties. Please get in touch for more information.
