About me

Mr Sanjiv Chugh is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with specialist expertise in knee and hip surgery. He later received a British Limb Reconstruction Society Travelling Fellowship to Italy, where he trained with world?leading experts in external fixation and limb?lengthening procedures.

Mr Chugh is Wolverhampton's Senior Knee Surgeon and has extensive experience in knee replacement surgery, including unicompartmental and patellofemoral replacements, as well as the management of complex ligament injuries. He regularly performs surgical repair and reconstruction following sports?related knee injuries, supporting patients for whom rapid and reliable recovery is essential.

He also continues to offer a full range of hip procedures, including total hip replacement and resurfacing hip replacement.

Alongside his clinical work, Mr Chugh is a surgical skills trainer for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and serves on the regional training committee overseeing orthopaedic registrar education in the West Midlands.
