About me

I am a BACP accredited counsellor and supervisor with over 20 years of experience of working with clients. I am an integrative therapist using a number of theories when working with a client depending on the issues that present. You may have a specific issue that you would like to discuss or just feel the need to offload or explore a particular area of your life.

I specialise in trauma but work with many generic issues such as anxiety, stress, loss, relationship issues.

I am also an experienced trauma therapist, qualified in EMDR therapy.

I provide a safe and warm environment for you to explore your thoughts and feelings from the comfort of my home office. I am also able to provide telephone, teams or zoom sessions.
