About me

I am an accredited psychotherapist with 15 years of experience working with young people and adults. One of my core beliefs is that we all have the capacity to grow and change, even through the most challenging of times. Another is that meaningful connection with others is of paramount importance to our capacity to thrive. The quality of the relationship you have with your therapist will most certainly determine the outcome of any therapy; it is a source of joy and satisfaction to me to be able to assist in this process, by developing a trusted, therapeutic relationship with my clients and by offering a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space in which the wished-for growth and change can take place.
