About us

OH One Physiotherapy is a community-focused, not-for-profit physiotherapy clinic dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. With four clinics across South Wales, we blend clinical excellence with a genuine social purpose. Our team of experienced physiotherapists provide personalised, hands-on treatments for back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, joint problems, post-surgery recovery and long-term conditions - all delivered by our warm friendly team, and a commitment to achieving results that last.

As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we reinvest our time, resources, and expertise directly back into the communities we serve. This means that every appointment not only supports your own recovery, but also helps us fund local youth sports teams, young people and those recently out of work, and build a healthier, more active community for everyone.

Our clinics are known for being friendly, welcoming, and accessible - with appointments that focus on what matters to you. We offer evidence-based treatment plans tailored to your goals, lifestyle and needs.

We believe that good physiotherapy should be available to everyone - and we're proud to be a local service with a big heart, making a positive difference one appointment at a time.
