About me

I'm a Principal Forensic Psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping adults navigate challenges such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, and difficulties regulating emotions. I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you're stuck in unhelpful patterns or struggling to manage strong feelings, and how isolating it can be to face these struggles alone.

I offer evidence-based therapies, including CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth, helping you to better understand yourself, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change in your life.

Clients often tell me they value my warmth, honesty, and practical style - therapy with me isn't about jargon or quick fixes. It's about developing skills, processing what's holding you back, and feeling more in control of your emotions and choices.

If you're ready to take the first step towards feeling more grounded, confident, and in control, you can visit my website to learn more and book an initial appointment. You can also email me directly or call - if I'm in sessions and unable to answer, please leave a voicemail or text message and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
