About me

As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I am dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore their challenges and achieve personal growth. With a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships and a commitment to empathy, I provide a non-judgmental space for you to express yourself and work towards positive change.

Based in Central London, I now offer counselling exclusively online to both long-term and short-term clients, including couples, individuals, and families.

No matter your gender, ethnicity, neurodiversity, visible or invisible disability, race, sexual identity, religious or spiritual beliefsor lack thereofI will provide a safe and empathetic space where you are met with kindness, respect, and understanding. I place particular emphasis on family scripts and narratives, using a systemic approach to explore these dynamics.

With over 5000 hours of counselling experience, I have had the privilege of supporting many diverse and unique individuals and couples. This extensive experience has deepened my understanding of the profound impact that various systemssuch as families, communities, and societal structureshave on our lives.

What is Systemic Therapy?
Systemic therapy is a distinctive form of psychotherapy that focuses on understanding individuals within the context of their relationships and the broader systems they are part of. It acknowledges that people are not isolated but exist within interconnected units such as families, partnerships, organisations, or communities.

The central aim of systemic therapy is to identify and address deeply ingrained patterns in relationships and family dynamics. By exploring how people communicate and behave based on their perceptions of their roles within these systems, this approach helps to uncover unhealthy dynamics and fosters positive change.

Benefits of Systemic Therapy
Systemic therapy can be particularly effective for addressing a wide range of issues, including:

Depression
Anxiety disorders
Relationship challenges
Family conflicts

It is also valuable for navigating specific life-cycle challenges such as attachment difficulties, divorce, loss, and other transitions affecting families or individuals.

My Approach
Systemic therapy does not seek to assign blame but rather aims to identify challenges while fostering an environment where positive change can occur. As your therapist, my role is to facilitate meaningful discussions and empower individuals or groups to discover solutions that work best for them.
