About me

I'm an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist with specialist expertise in knee rehabilitation and performance. My clinical work spans NHS orthopaedic knee services and private practice, where I assess and manage complex musculoskeletal conditions and support patients through both surgical and non-surgical pathways.

I have a particular interest in ACL rehabilitation and return-to-sport decision-making, combining clinical expertise with objective testing to ensure patients recover safely and perform at their best.

My specialist clinical practice covers the broad spectrum of the knee including paediatrics, arthroplasty, tendon/ligament repairs and reconstruction, persistent pain, meniscal tears, post fracture, sports injuries and patellofemoral pain.
