About me
I am a senior BACP-accredited Psychotherapist, Trauma Therapist, Fusion Therapeutic Life Coach, Rewind Technique Therapist, and Level 4 EMDR and EFT Practitioner. I am also the co-clinical director of Stortford Therapy Space in Bishop's Stortford.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed integrative psychotherapy and psycho-traumatology - the study of psychological trauma, with a focus on its research, prevention and treatment. Alongside this, I incorporate Fusion Therapeutic Wellness Life Coaching, which supports emotional regulation, lifestyle balance and long-term wellbeing
