I work with adults (16+) experiencing anxiety, health anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, career changes, redundancy, family communication issues and attachment concerns. I also offer support for new and late motherhood, as well as major life transitions.

My approach is warm, intuitive and solution-focused, helping you find practical ways forward within a short-term framework. Sessions are available face to face in Malmesbury or online via Zoom for flexibility and convenience.
