About me

I am a BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University.

My approach to counselling is to create a safe, therapeutic space to support you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

Since 2017 I have been working as senior therapist and a designated safeguarding lead for a children and young persons service within a large charity across West Sussex. I continue to work in this role alongside my own private practice in Lewes, East Sussex.

?My career has also involved many years working in health, wellbeing, education and sports development with children, young people and adults of all ages. This includes counselling adults for an East Sussex drug and alcohol service and for a bereavement charity.
