About me

I am a BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Humanistic Psychotherapeutic Counselling from Brighton University.

My approach to counselling is to create a safe, therapeutic space to support you to explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.

I have 8 years experience working as senior therapist and a designated safeguarding lead for a therapeutic service within a large charity in West Sussex. I now have my own private practice in Lewes, East Sussex. I also offer video and phone counselling for adults and teenagers across the UK.

?My career has also involved many years working in health, wellbeing, education and sports development with adults, young people and children of all ages. This includes counselling adults for an East Sussex drug and alcohol service and for a bereavement charity.
