About me

About me
I'm an experienced Clinical Psychologist and certified Schema Therapist, with a background working across community, locked inpatient, and forensic settings. I support people navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, low mood, personality difficulties, relationship issues, identity exploration, and emotional dysregulation.

My Approach
My main therapeutic approaches are Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also bring an understanding of the nervous system and somatic (body-based) processes into the work, helping clients connect not just cognitively but emotionally and physically to their healing.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the individual, with a strong focus on building self-awareness, shifting long-standing patterns, and supporting nervous system regulation. I work with the whole person � not just the "problem."

Style & Philosophy
My therapeutic style is warm, gently challenging, and playful, creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be vulnerable, explore deeply, and move toward meaningful change. I aim to strike a balance between compassionate support and helping clients face the parts of themselves that may have long been avoided.
