About me

I have extensive experience practicing CBT and EMDR in a variety of settings with adults aged 18+:
� Collaborated on a project supporting NHS patients recently diagnosed with diabetes who were experiencing depression and/or anxiety.
� Assisted university students managing academic and personal stressors, including perfectionism and procrastination.
� Provided support to employees in banking and corporate settings to effectively manage work-related stress.
� Provided support to railway staff affected by workplace trauma, assault, or childhood abuse.
� Supported peri-menopausal and menopausal women in managing the impact of symptoms on daily life.
We can meet via Microsoft Teams where therapy sessions can take place from the comfort of your own home.

Areas of interest

Anger; anxiety - general/health/social; depression; insomnia; low self esteem; OCD; pain; panic; phobia; trauma - PTSD and complex post traumatic stress disorder. I incorporate Compassion Focused Therapy and mindfulness techniques into my treatment as well as schema therapy where appropriate.
