I am the founder of Zenko Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy, with over five years of experience working in private hospitals and clinics across London. Originally from Hong Kong, I moved to the UK ten years ago to pursue my education and passion for helping people live pain-free, active lives.
I hold a Sports Therapy degree and a Master's in Physiotherapy, both completed in the UK. My clinical expertise focuses on musculoskeletal (MSK) pain management, particularly in treating back, knee, shoulder, and ankle conditions.
My approach is holistic and patient-centred. Through in-depth assessments and by truly listening to each individual, I create personalised treatment plans that address the root cause of pain � not just the symptoms. I'm deeply passionate about empowering people through movement, rehabilitation, and education, supporting them on their journey to better health and long-term wellness.
