About me

Everyone of us at times face challenges and dilemmas, that can leave us confused. Within this current world climate, we can all be feeling different emotions that we haven't felt before or have been able to learn to manage before and now are developing into a recurring issue.

If you feel that you are ready to make changes, whatever it is that you are facing at this time, there is a good chance that counselling may help you.

The thought of needing to come into counselling can be a daunting, worrying experience. I am here to help you with the aim for you to feel safe, not judged and understood. Together, we can look at any of the issues that are effecting your everyday life and find ways to work through them, in a confidential setting.

My aim is to build a therapeutic relationship with you, so we are able to safely explore any issue that may arise for you within your time in counselling offering the tools to empower you to help yourself.

Therapy takes place in a safe, confidential and respectful environment, for you to be able to explore any issues, emotions within a safe therapeutic relationship to discuss, whatever is important to you at this time.

I work with individuals from the age of 18 and above.

I am a qualified accredited Integrative Counsellor This means that I use the eclectic approach of using different theories including the main forces in psychology of Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamics. I combine different techniques and interventions to create the most effective therapy for your needs. This may include mindfulness, guided visualisations and creative counselling techniques.
