About me
I am an empathic and reflective psychotherapist, deeply committed to maintaining a positive regard for others. My sense of humour and caring nature have proven to be valuable assets in building strong therapeutic relationships. Passionate about mental health, I combine a strong theoretical foundation in psychological concepts with extensive practical experience.
I hold a BSc in Psychology, a Master's degree in Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision.
As a creative therapist with an analytical mindset, I am open to working with metaphors, language, visual imagery, and the felt sense of self. I strive to provide a safe and reflective environment that fosters meaningful and lasting change.
