About me

I am very passionate about counselling because it means every person we work with, wants their life to improve for the better and we have the utmost respect for anyone who's seeking to change their life for the better.

This step is not easy, and it does take a large amount of courage to be able to face issues that are affecting you. It is very natural for you to feel nervous about your first session because you don't know what to expect; however you will find after you have had your first session, there was nothing to be nervous about.

We are as human as you, you will be welcomed in and provided with a safe environment to be able to feel comfortable enough to work through the issues you are facing.

This step can be extremely hard for some people, take your time and reach out to us when you are ready. We are only a phone call away.
