I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a background in clinical management and supervision with a solid understanding of the pressures that come with meeting deadlines, managing expectations, and carrying significant responsibility. My experience includes working as a Primary Counsellor, Individual and Couple Therapist, and Clinical Supervisor across a range of settings. This diverse background enables me to work effectively with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, conflict, low self-esteem, substance dependency, trauma, self-harm, sexual concerns, and the emotional impact of medical diagnoses.
