Over the past 7 years in practice, I have built a strong practice through word of mouth and with various Employee Assistance Programmes and Providers. Previously, I was a civil servant for 20 years covering a wide range of posts.
My therapeutic approach works on uncovering any rigidly held beliefs and helping you to adapt these to something healthier. I give you a supportive space to talk about and examine your life while working towards goals of recovery and recognising your potential.
