About me
Eloise is an experienced Registered Dietitian with over five years of experience across the NHS and leading private hospitals in London. She specialises in gastroenterology and intestinal failure, with experience supporting patients as inpatients and in specialist outpatient clinics. Eloise works with a wide range of gut-related concerns including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), pancreatic disorders, and post-gastrointestinal surgery such as bowel resection, short bowel syndrome and stoma management. She has completed training in the advanced dietary management and low FODMAP diet for IBS at King's College London and takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to improving gut health and overall wellbeing.
Alongside her gut health work, Eloise practices as a Senior Specialist Diabetes Dietitian within the NHS, where she supports patients to optimise both their glycaemic control and gut health, managing gastrointestinal complications such as pancreatic exocrine insufficiency, bowel neuropathy and delayed gastric emptying. She also has extensive experience in bariatric and weight management services, providing dietetic support for patients post-bariatric surgery and supporting individuals using GLP-1 medications. Eloise has a keen interest in women's health (including endometriosis, PCOS and menopause) as well as metabolic and cardiovascular health.
Eloise is passionate about patient empowerment, helping clients feel confident in making realistic, sustainable dietary changes. She also enjoys sharing her expertise more widely through conference presentations and delivering nutrition education in healthcare and other educational settings.
