About me
I am a Psychological Therapist accredited with the British Association of Cognitive & Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP). I have worked in the NHS for over 8 years providing therapeutic support within the community. I originally started in Talking Therapies (previously known as IAPT) and now work within Clinical Health Psychology for Imperial College NHS trust. I additionally provide supervision for therapists providing low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and high-intensity CBT.
Previous to my NHS work, I provided rehabilitative CBT within the Prison Service service to both adults and young adults.

My current NHS employment specifically specialises in Cardiac Rehab within Clinical Health Psychology. This can include people that have experienced cardiac events such as heart attacks; heart surgeries; heart failure diagnosis.
