- I have extensive experience working with work-related stress, burnout, leadership pressures, and high-pressure professions, as well as supporting therapists, healthcare staff, and first responders.

- I have experience supporting women going through changes, such as hormonal changes, fertility concerns, and major life transitions, such as relocation, career change, and parenthood.
