About me

NHS Experienced BABCP Accredited Therapist.

I am an experienced CBT psychotherapist with extensive experience in NHS, private, community, and non-profit settings.

How I Can Help

I tailor each approach to suit your personal needs and circumstances.

My priority is to create a safe, confidential, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood and supported every step of the way.

Together, we can:
- Manage overwhelming feelings
- Process and heal from trauma
- Strengthen relationships
- Navigate life changes and transitions
- Build emotional resilience and confidence

With experience across diverse settings, I offer flexible, reflective and solution-focused therapy that is both accessible and effective.

My Approach:

I offer therapy in a comfortable, welcoming environment designed to support your emotional well-being.

In-person sessions are held in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, easily accessible from surrounding areas. I understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality, and ensure that your sessions are held in a secure, confidential space.

For those who prefer online sessions, I offer therapy via secure video or telephone. This option allows you to receive support from the comfort of your home or anywhere that feels most convenient, while maintaining complete privacy and confidentiality.

We will work together to reflect on your experiences, understand patterns, and move towards meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to support you in your emotional and physical well-being in a professional, respectful, and compassionate manner.

I use a range of evidence-based therapies and approaches, including:

- cognitive behavioural therapy (cbt)
