About me

NHS Experienced BABCP Accredited Therapist.

I am an experienced CBT psychotherapist with a strong background in NHS, private, community and non-profit mental health services over the past 18 years.

How I Can Help

I work with individuals, couples, families, professionals, and organisations facing various emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming feelings, relationship difficulties, health changes, or the after-effects of trauma, I offer tailored support to help you navigate life's difficulties and move towards meaningful change.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and adapted to your needs. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

Together, we will explore your challenges, identify patterns and their origins, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with confidence and resilience.

Therapy appointments can be accessed in person in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, or online/telephone across the UK. Sessions are available in multiple languages, and I offer culturally sensitive care. Appointments are available Monday through Friday between 9.30 am and 7.30 pm.
