I am an accredited Clinical Psychologist and Cognitive Analytic Therapist with many years of experience working in NHS Mental Healthcare settings. I specialize in evidence-based talking therapies for adults and older adults. My aim is to provide a tailored approach to your goals for therapy, in order to promote recovery within a warm and relaxed therapeutic space.

I accept referrals relating to a wide range of mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma and difficulties within inter-personal relationships.
