Hello,

I am an experienced, accredited BACP counsellor.

I have been established in Private Practice for the past 2 decades.
I have many years experience working and training with trauma and the lasting impact.

I can also offer EMDR therapy in my practice having undertaken accredited training.

I have worked with many EAP providers, supporting individuals from multiple professional backgrounds.
This includes front line service personnel.

I can provide short and long term therapy depending on individual needs.

I also provide a neuroaffirming practice and welcome you to get in touch to discuss any adjustments required.
