I am a HCPC-registered dietitian with a specialist interest in eating disorders and mental health nutrition. I have extensive experience working with clients with restrictive eating behaviours e.g anorexia, ARFID, and disordered eating in the context of neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each client's unique needs, with a strong focus on long-term recovery and sustainable change.
