About me

I am an Accredited Person-Centered Counsellor. I work with a range of differing clients from ages 18 to older adult.
We all feel at times that life can be an uphill struggle whether because we are negotiating life changes such as redundancy, divorce, bereavement, parenting or we are dealing with depression, anxiety. Or we may feel that we are in some way "different" from our peers and colleagues.
Whatever your issue, talking about our thoughts and feelings can often help us to feel better about them or can help us to identify changes we would like to make. I am here to support you in this.
I understand can be scary to take the step into counselling and that you may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed. I will do my best to help you feel relaxed and safe to enable you to talk openly and explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.
