About me

I'm a HCPC-registered dietitian specialising in eating disorders, mental health nutrition, and fuelling active lifestyles. I offer personalised, evidence-based support for individuals struggling with their relationship with food.

I work with clients experiencing a range of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, OSFED, ARFID, orthorexia, and disordered eating. I also have expertise in supporting individuals with co-occurring conditions such as ADHD and autism, tailoring strategies for sensory sensitivities, rigid routines, and food-related anxiety.

I have worked in both private practice and within complex mental health settings such as day treatment centres, inpatient units and community services. My approach is structured yet compassionate, helping clients develop flexible, sustainable eating patterns while addressing the underlying thoughts and behaviours that make recovery challenging.

You don't have to wait until things get worse to seek support. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to work on your relationship with food.

Appointments are offered with flexibility to suit your schedule. To enquire about availability, please email: info@mindfueldietitian.co.uk.
