About me

I work with youths (16+) and adults and have particular experience supporting people through anxiety, low mood, trauma (including PTSD and complex trauma), difficulties with identity, relationship issues, and major life transitions. I also offer specialist support for perinatal mental health, including birth trauma, postnatal anxiety and depression, and the adjustment to parenthood.
My integrative approach draws on evidence-based models including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and CFT. I tailor therapy to each individual's needs, offering both short-term, goal-focused work and longer-term support. Learn more about my practice here: www.waypointpsychology.co.uk
