About me

Since qualifying as a Integrative/CBT counsellor in 2011 I have undertaken further studies.

I am a qualified EMDR Practitioner and can work effectively with Trauma and other mental health conditions. I am a Cruse counsellor and can work very effectively with loss and bereavement. I worked as part of the team for Marie Stopes as a Telephone Counsellor for 7 years where I provided counselling around crisis pregnancy related issues. I am also comfortable to talk about issues around Spirituality, Christianity and other religions.
