About me

I have been a psychotherapeutic counsellor for over 15 years. Previous to that, I worked in various mental health facilities as a nursing assistant over a period of 20 years. I am now a supervisor and trainer of new counsellors.

I am highly experienced and whole-heartedly believe in the value of a therapeutic conversation with a counselling professional.
