About us

At Human Performance Centre, we only employ specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists, who use state of the art equipment to aid your recover. Whether you are recovering from surgery, training for an event or trying to overcome an injury to remain at work- we can help you.

All of our Physiotherapists and rehabilitation staff have at least 10 years clinic experience working within an MSK setting, assessing, diagnosing and treating MSK conditions on a daily basis. We will devise a tailored personalized programme to suit your needs and aid your recovery as quickly as possible.

Your experience should be focused around YOU. The 'One size fits all approach' often doesn't work, that's why at Human Performance Centre, we ensure a strong element of our work is based on Shared Decision Making, coupled with the latest research for your condition, is the perfect recipe for your recovery.

-We accept: FACE TO FACE/REMOTE referrals for physiotherapy.
