Our team at MVMNT have over 35 years of experience in sports and fitness, and believe that everyone should be able to perform up to their potential.
Jay's purpose for founding MVMNT Physio & Health in 2022, was to provide specialist, high-quality physiotherapy in a unique gym setting in Hertfordshire, to heal injuries faster, and allow his patients to move freely again.
