About me
Dr Sally Conway Clinical Psychologist
Since 2007, I've supported people through trauma, stress, and life's toughest moments both in the NHS and private sectors. I understand that no two people experience difficulties in the same way, so I tailor therapy to you as an individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches.
Our work together will be a gentle, collaborative exploration of your experiences and the patterns that may be holding you back. I'll help you develop a compassionate understanding of yourself, make sense of any distress, and discover practical ways to create meaningful change. This may include learning to step back from unhelpful thoughts, process painful emotions, and reconnect with your inner strengths all while nurturing a kinder, more supportive relationship with yourself.
My specialist training allows me to adapt therapy to meet you where you are whether that means processing trauma, managing anxiety, or rebuilding self-esteem. My goal is to help you feel more resilient and empowered. Whether we're working on past trauma or present-day struggles, I want you to come away feeling calmer, clearer, and more hopeful about your future.
I work from a place of heart, ensuring you are always met with genuine care and empathy. Many people are surprised by how much can shift once they feel truly heard, supported, and encouraged to step into their own strength I'd love to help you experience that too. If you'd like to explore whether we're a good fit, get in touch for a free, no-obligation chat.
