About me

Having worked in a leading teaching hospital for 16 years I have developed a wealth of experience in the nutritional management of many health conditions. My specialist area is renal/kidneys stages 3 to 5 on dialysis, where I have supported hundreds of people to manage their condition with diet and help those not on dialysis to stay off for as long as possible. I hold a masters certificate in supplementary prescribing and can lead on the medical and dietary management of renal bone health which is vital for preserving bone strength and a healthy vascular system.

A renal diet must be tailored to individual requirements and I aim to support my clients in knowing what to eat and what to limit, by arming them with the knowledge to build confidence and help reduce confusion and anxiety surrounding food.
