About me

I have been in private practice seeing clients with a range of emotional and mental health difficulties for 10 years. My speciality is relationship difficulties both intimate relationships and work related challenges. Anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, eating disorders and stress related burn out are just some of the conditions I see in my practice. I am also a qualified nutritionist so this guides my work with 'food' related issues such as binge eating. I am also an experienced couple therapist helping couples navigate and resolve issues that get in the way of them experiencing more happiness together and less conflict.
