About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 13 years' experience supporting adults with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and stress-related difficulties. I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I aim to offer a supportive, collaborative, and practical approach from the outset.

Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. Together, we develop a shared understanding of the patterns of thinking and behaviour maintaining these difficulties, and work towards clear, achievable goals using evidence-based CBT strategies to help restore a sense of control and direction.

I have worked across a range of settings including the NHS, hospitals, charities, corporate environments, and private practice. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt therapy to each individual. I value cross-cultural understanding and remain mindful of how personal background, identity, and values shape each person's experience.

Sessions are available both online and face-to-face, with flexible appointment options. My approach is compassionate, structured, and collaborative, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
