About me
I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with over 13 years of experience, and I've supported many people in navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and stress. I know that starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I aim to make it as comfortable, collaborative and meaningful as possible.
You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward. Together, we'll explore what's going on beneath the surface , the patterns of thought and behaviour that might be keeping you from feeling your best and we'll build practical tools to help you regain a sense of control and direction.
Over the years, I've worked with people from all walks of life in hospitals, the NHS, charities, corporate settings and now in private practice. These experiences have taught me how deeply personal therapy needs to be. I understand that each person's experiences are shaped by their unique background, and I value the importance of cross-cultural understanding. I'm always mindful of your individual and cultural values, and how your story, identity and context influence your experience of the world and of therapy.
Sessions are available online or face-to-face, with flexible appointments to suit your schedule. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, and I'm committed to creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, supported and empowered.
